Amanda’s Policy

*Please note, full tattooing procedure includes two appointments – one initial appointment and one touch-up appointment.*

Full Cosmetic Tattooing: A touch-up appointment is booked for approximately 4-6 weeks from your initial tattoo day and is included in your quote.

If your Touch Up appointment time needs to be rescheduled after this 6 week period, this falls within the ‘Extended Touch-up’ period and will incur an extra $150 fee.

If you are unable to reschedule your Touch-up or Extended Touch-up within the allocated time frame of 6 weeks, you will be required to book a ‘Refresh’ appointment, as your tattoo will require a longer appointment time.

In the event that a client does not respond to repeated communications regarding appointment rescheduling for a period exceeding 6–8 weeks, the booking will be considered forfeited and cancelled without further notice. Re-engagement will require the client to create a new appointment and will incur further costs.

Refresh tattooing procedures include one single appointment. No Touch-ups.

A Refresh is available up to 12 months post your initial tattoo – this will also depend on the level of fade (how your skin retains pigment). The cost of a Refresh Brows is $400. The cost for Refresh eyeliner and lip tattooing is POA.

If you choose to book a Refresh (one appointment) but require a Full Brow (two appointments) beyond the 12 months post your initial tattoo, please be advised a Refresh is only the one appointment and may not give you the outcome of a Full Brow. In booking the appointment we will ask for photos to determine the options we can give you.

Any follow-up appointments from 6 weeks are an additional cost of $150 for Amanda’s time. Anything after 12 weeks automatically falls into the category of a Refresh.

Any cancellations/rescheduling requires a minimum of 7 business days prior to your appointment, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.

A deposit payment is required at the time of placing your booking to confirm an appointment.

For all appointments, you will receive a confirmation text prior to your appointment.
